Back in the 80’s, I remember  being in complete command of technology. I’ll throw in the 90’s too!  Computers

were used as educational/reference tools.  Then later, it was pretty easy to hop on the world wide web, and start

digging around.  Personally, I think we hit a sweet spot around the 2000’s, just enough social media and phone tech.

Something happened around 2012, and zoomed straight thru til today…..tech exploded!  For me, it resulted in thousands 

of choices, and a sense of anxiety.  I think many who grew up during my time understand this stress.  The point is, we 

need to pick and choose our tech carefully now, and make it work for us.  Use it to complete an task, and then resume

our natural, organic, real life!   Don’t be afraid to go on a social media diet, and edit out all the junky apps and sites that

don’t uplift you, and make life better and simpler. And put down the phone when at a social event, enjoy real human

connections…here’s to the future!
